Story Behind Duke's Choice
 

Duke is 10 years young this January. He picked out the treat recipe from samples of different recipes we tested. The recipe that's currently used in the treats was his choice so that became the name of the treats and brand. After finishing baking the samples we did a blind taste test, then laid all of them out in a row and let him inspect and make his choice. Double blind test, each time he picked the same treat. It was important to us that while trying to create a natural treat that we made one dogs not only liked but it was healthy for them. Our commitment to quality has kept us true to keeping the recipe simple. We use 5 ingredients and zero preservatives, while still boasting a 12+ shelf stable time due to our rigorous in house baking process. We used to manufacture every treat by hand, now we have outsourced the production to a small local business in the town we once called home, Auburn, AL. With Duke still receiving a sample from each batch so he can check production quality to make sure we still delivery the best possible product for our customers.
